Our annual company secretary package include services such as arranging annual AGM, reminding you of the various statutory compliance dates, updating and maintaining statutory records of the company and preparation and filing of Annual Return with ACRA..

Taxation Packages
- Preparation and Filing of annual tax return: All Singapore tax resident companies must file its income tax return with IRAS. Under annual tax filing services, we will take care of preparation and filing of Income tax return and ECI with IRAS.
- Personal Income tax submission: We help you submit income tax and file return with IRAS.
- GST Registration: If your company's turnover exceeds or likely to exceeds S$1million per year, it is mandatory to register with GST authorities. We can help you to complete all the formalities associated with GST Registration.
- GST Filing: companies submitting GST must file return via myTaxPortal. Failing to do so will result in penalties. We can assist you with preparation of GST returns and GST filing with IRAS.

Immigration Packages
- Employment Pass package: Are you are planning to hire foreign workers under employment pass, S-pass or work permit? We offer services such as advice and assistance for filling application forms and supporting documents, filing and tracking application of EP with Ministry of Manpower (MOM), filing of appeals in case of rejection.
- Entrepreneur Pass Package: We offer assistance to foreign entrepreneurs who are intending to relocate to Singapore with an aim to start a new business venture. Our Entrepreneur pass services includes services like advice and assistance for filing the application form, preparation of supporting documents, filing and tracking status of the EntrePass with MOM, filing appeal if the initial application is rejected, drafting the necessary business plan based on your proposed business plan.
